Meet Jessica Cvetic: Owner Of Citrus Aesthetics

Aesthetic medicine has made advances in leaps and bounds over the last decade, and when looking for a provider, it is all about trust and relationships. Today, we want you to meet Jessica Cvetic, founder of Citrus Aesthetics and a Premier Sponsor of the KTBA. She is here to answer all of your questions about her business and what it is like to be one of her happy clients.

1 |  Thank you for chatting with us. Could you please tell us about yourself, your business, and why you decided to join KTBA?

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about myself and Citrus Aesthetics! It’s truly an honor and privilege to be a part of the Kensington Talmadge Business Association and to have all this support around my small business that I’ve worked so hard to build from the ground up, so thank you! My name is Jessica Cvetic and I am a PA, a mom of two young daughters and wife to a wonderful husband of 13 years. After more than three years working in the ER through the COVID pandemic while simultaneously working part-time in aesthetic medicine, I began to create a plan to blend my passion and talents in a way that would allow me to invest in myself, my family and my community. I’ve always loved educating and empowering others, as well as helping others to find the confidence in themselves to reach their full potential. I also love medicine; the challenge and intricacies of it, the human interactions and the opportunity to have such a positive impact on others. When I began doing non-surgical PDO face lifts alongside ER medicine, I realized I could combine medicine with a unique aesthetic skill I had, while boosting my client’s confidence! The priceless reactions of my clients after receiving subtle and natural aesthetic enhancements was so rewarding! My passion for aesthetic medicine was sparked. I sought out any kind of training and education I could participate in to further my knowledge and skills. I continued to work full time in urgent care while working for other medical spas. Eventually, after much planning, I opened Citrus Aesthetics as a solo practice-solo provider and, like my own children, I have had the pleasure to see my business blossom and grow from the endless love and energy I am putting into it. It’s been so surreal to be able to live the dream that I imagined; being able to be an aesthetic medicine provider and helping to bring confidence to people gives me so much joy and satisfaction. I love my job! My clients truly sense and appreciate the unique environment that I’ve created at Citrus Aesthetics. All of the positive feedback I’ve received, much of it in the form of five star reviews, has offered repeated confirmation that I am in the right place doing the right thing.

I decided to join KTBA because of my love for my community of Kensington. This is such a wonderful and quaint neighborhood; really one-of-a-kind. I know there are many other hard-working small business owners in Kensington. I joined KTBA to be inspired, uplifted and supported by these other business owners and give them the same support in return. I really believe in collaboration over competition, even with anyone else in aesthetic medicine, and I will always support, educate and empower others to help them reach their full potential. If we lift each other up, we are all collectively better and the community benefits from that as well.

2 | What sets Citrus Aesthetics apart from other medical aesthetic clinics?

When Citrus Aesthetics was born, I wanted to create a truly unique experience for my clients. At Citrus Aesthetics, I provide a safe, gentle, non-rushed and trusting medical aesthetics environment. I take the time to educate and empower my clients, while giving my best recommendations on aesthetic treatments to address your aging goals in a natural way. I truly care about my clients and care about your results as much as you do. From start to finish, I am here to help you out. Citrus Aesthetics is truly a one-stop aesthetic shop with treatments that include neurotoxins for wrinkle reduction like Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, filler treatments to treat age-related volume loss, PDO non-surgical face lifts to address sagging areas of the face, hair restoration and growth treatments, PRP injections, Microneedling, medical grade skin peels and biostimulating treatments like Sculptra and Radiesse to increase collagen production. I also have a Citrus Skin Care Line, all medical grade and highest-quality skin care to give you a fresh glow to your skin. I personally answer your questions before your appointment, help get you booked, do all the procedures and provide you with all follow-up instructions and care. I am 100% committed to you and getting you exceptional results on any treatment that is right for you!

3 | For people who are interested in your services but maybe a little hesitant to try anything cosmetic, what is your best advice?

Come talk to me! Let’s just have a conversation. I will really listen to your goals, your aesthetic concerns and I will walk you through all of your options and what they entail. I only move forward with treatments that you are fully comfortable with. Also, if your concern is pain; just know that these treatments can be very comfortable with minimal to no pain at all. In my case, beauty is NOT pain. I really have a very gentle, soothing approach, take my time and offer certain techniques to completely diminish any pain.

4 | What is one thing you wish everyone knew about medical aesthetics in general?

There is a stigma behind aesthetic treatments that I am determined to break down. You can age gracefully and naturally while still utilizing aesthetic treatments to just soften the severity of aging. There are treatments I offer that are the perfect balance of subtle enough to look natural, but noticeable enough to have people saying,  “Wow, you look so refreshed!” or “Did you lose some weight?” or “You look amazing, what have you been doing differently?”. Doesn’t that sound nice? These treatments can help you truly feel your best and for others to see that confidence shining through. That is really the power of aesthetic medicine. It’s more than being vain; it’s understanding that the way we look reflects the way we feel and vice versa, so why not find ways to look and feel our best?! I am committed to getting you to that place.
