As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have a strong conviction in the healing power of healthy relationships.  A primary focus of my work is to support you in reconnecting with your authentic self and deepening the bonds in your relationships that matter most.

I provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy for youth and adults of all family and relationship constellations. As a trauma specialist and certified EMDR clinician with more than 22 years of experience, I combine relational, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches to help clients develop deeper self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and transform obstacles into meaningful, lasting change. My holistic approach incorporates body, mind and spirit to help you create your full personal and relational potential.
