Allard will have a brief discussion about State Bill (SB) 9, which allows two primary units on a single-family zoned lot (that oughta be lively!), and Mr. Sean Kam will show you his loft and his workspace as well as discuss his specialization of tailoring, altering, what to look for when finding your size and much more. We’ll enjoy Chinese take-out favorites from a local Talmadge restaurant.
