Kensington Cafe hosted the KTBA’s last business mixer of 2024 on Thursday, October 24th, offering our members an evening of networking, refreshments, and community building.

Did you know that Kensington Cafe owner Lauren Passero-Brookes also owns The Haven Pizzeria? Both neighborhood gems are favorite gathering spots for locals offering pet-friendly outdoor seating, fresh quality ingredients, and plenty of delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options.

In addition to enjoying small bites and beverages from Kensington Cafe, attendees heard Lauren speak about her experience operating these two iconic Kensington establishments. The KTBA Board also shared details about the upcoming Holiday Lights Bike Ride and gave out copies of the newly printed 2024 Member Directory.

This month, we welcomed new members including Lance and Marcie Stratton of Studio Stratton, Natalie Urra of River and Pearl Beauty Bar, and Stephanie Wells of Shooska Scented Car Jewelry.

Our mixers are free to members, and $20 for guests. Those who are eligible to become members are able to attend their first meeting at no cost.
